Staging consultations are generally for the “do it yourself " cliental. I will assess the interior and exterior of the house and discuss the steps necessary to increase the visual appeal of the home. Both homeowner and agent will receive a 6 page follow up report outlying the suggestions that I have made.
If consultation exceeds 2 hour time frame a $60.00 charge will be added for each additional hour.

Staging a Vacant Property……………………………………………………..$75.00/hr

It’s a fact that furnished homes sell faster! Staging your vacant home with furniture/art and accessories evokes and emotional response from buyers. This enables buyers to visualize themselves living there.  Emotional response sells homes. Furniture, and accessory rental, delivery and pick up are additional.

Staging a Occupied Home……………………………………………..$75.00/hr

This service includes de-cluttering depersonalizing, and creating a neutral zone. We will maximize your homes square footage with the proper placement of furniture. Art and accessories are arranged to give the home its final touch.

Move in Setup…………………………………………………………….$60.00/hr

Place it where it belongs right off the moving truck. Let me help create the warm and inviting feel to your new home.

Interior Redesign Projects………………………………………………………$75.00/hr

One day decorating is a simple process of turning the ordinary into extraordinary. In most cases this is done by using what you already own. Working with your decorating goals and lifestyle a beautiful and functional room is designed.

Personal Shopping………………………………………………………………….$40.00/hr
